We do not offer room service, but our on-site café, The Back Porch Bakery & Café, can prepare food to-go. There are also a number of local restaurants who can deliver to the hotel.

No, we do not have a pool at the hotel.

The Carlton Hotel does not have a spa however our helpful front desk staff can point you toward a recommended nearby spa.

Yes, there is a dedicated parking lot across the street from the hotel as well as free street parking surrounding our hotel.

All guests must present a valid government-issued identification at the time of check-in.

Yes, we have some connecting rooms at the hotel. You may make a request for connecting rooms when you reserve your rooms. Please note, they are subject to availability and not guaranteed but we will do our best to accommodate.

Yes, we offer a number of accessible guest rooms at The Carlton Hotel. Please call the front desk at (805)-461-5100 to reserve an accessible room.

Yes, we are a dog-friendly hotel and offer designated dog-friendly rooms. We can not accept any other type of pets or animals. There is a $35.00 charge per dog, per day, with a 2-pet maximum for each room. Please note that dogs cannot be left unattended at the hotel. Dogs must be leashed or in a carrier at all times while outside of your room. Please call reservations at (805) 461-5100 so that a dog-friendly room can be assigned to you.
